This is where it all begins.
We step into the heart of Palermo, where voices rise, colors collide, and the air smells of oranges and sea breeze. We walk through the market together — I know the vendors, the rhythms, the shortcuts — and we let the stalls tell us what to cook. Nothing is pre-set. We look, we talk, we choose. The menu comes to life based on what we find: fresh, local, in season. We also take time to understand your preferences and dietary needs — because hospitality starts with listening.
Once home, the ingredients become lessons. In my open kitchen, we cook side by side: I guide you, you get your hands into it. Together we prepare a full Sicilian meal — from appetizer to dessert — inspired by Palermo’s culinary traditions. It’s not a cooking show. It’s a moment of shared curiosity. You learn by doing, by asking, by laughing. And maybe by making a little mess.
Then we sit. We eat. We talk.
The food is just the beginning. What follows is what makes it unforgettable: the conversation, the stories, the toasts. You arrived as a traveler. You leave as a friend who has cooked and shared a meal — and a piece of Palermo — with me.
